Overview

In palletising and conveyor technology, different bearing assemblies such as iglidur plain bearings, igubal rod ends, drylin lead screw modules or energy chains including chainflex cables can be found. They must be completely free from lubrication and maintenance and function reliably during continuous operation.

Products used and application examples

The video illustrates how our products optimise the process steps during lane adjustment. The handle dispenser and palletising stations also contain rotary bearing elements and energy chains.

Lane adjustment bottle packer

drylin SLW-2080 lead screw modules allow for lubrication-free and precise alignment of incoming bottles.

Handle dispensers

iglidur J, iglidur W300 and igubal rod ends are used in handle dispensers. They must be space-saving, lightweight and have a low coefficient of friction.

Knife edge transitions/conveyor technology

iglidur knife edge rollers at the end of conveyor belts allow for reliable and failure-free web deflection.

Palletising station

The palletising arms are supplied with energy, signals and compressed air via energy chains and chainflex cables. Low noise, robustness and easy assembly are key features.
